shipping & Delivery

Q: What are the shipping & delivery options? 

A: We offer courier delivery services within Singapore because we want to make sure that you receive the orders! 

We offer free delivery for minimum spend of SGD 50.

Currently, we do not provide for international shipping.  Rest assured we are working hard on this space! 

 

Q: How long will the order be dispatched upon checkout? 

A: All items will be processed within 5-7 business days, to be passed on to our delivery agent. 

 

Q: Can I amend my order once it has been placed? 

A: We work fast to ensure all orders are processed and shipped out in a timely manner.  Therefore, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations of orders.  If you need to further clarify, do email us at hello@theksize.com or write to us here using the contact form.

Product Care

 

Q: What is the best way to wash and maintain the clothings?

A: We strongly recommend following the washing instructions on the care labels of our clothing.  Many of our clothing items are cotton and/or viscous based hence we suggest washing in cold water with a low tumble dry setting.

Payment

 

Q: What currency are our prices? 

A: All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD). 

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept? 

A: We accept all major credit cards via our website.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Q: Can I get a refund or exchange my purchases? 

A: We understand that you might have ordered an item that doesn't fit or is not exactly the item you want.  If this is the case, we'll need you to return the item within 10 days from date of receipt and we are happy to provide you with a credit to your account (excluding delivery cost previously incurred).  You may use the credit to purchase the right size/design that you want.

Q: What happens if I receive a defective item? 

A: We sincerely apologise for this.  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@theksize.com within 10 days from receiving the item. We will replace the item.  If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made to you.
