Wrong fit or change of mind
We understand that from time to time, a product might not be the right size or exactly what you wanted. If this should arise, we'll need you to return the item within 10 days from date of receipt, we are happy to provide you with a credit to your account (excluding delivery cost previously incurred), to which you can use to purchase the right size/design that you want. Please note that store credits are valid for 120 days from date of issue. We will check all returned items to ensure they are in their original condition (i.e. unused/packaging and tags intact) before we proceed with the credit.
We recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Wrong or faulty item received
In the unlikely event that your item is wrong or faulty, please email us at email@example.com or may contact us here within 10 days from receiving the item. We will replace the item. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made to you.
Sales items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
** All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a returned item not meet these requirements.
